Using one of the most effective techniques today; Tui Na Chinese- and Shiatsu Bodywork. The strokes are hands on healing, gentle touch, perhaps deep touch along meridian points and acupressure points. Your body will be gently stretched.

You are supported on a Acoustic Vibrational Healing Mat. It remarkably massages all of the cells in your body! Rejuvenate and oxygenate. Relaxes the nervous system completely. A truly wonderful experience by itself. It also has a balancing effect on the brain.

The session are most often done fully clothed. Depending on your goals of healing and relaxation.
