Agua Alma is a fusion of Watsu®, Aston-Patterning® and the Water Dance. Incorporating 3D movements, and the four directions of the medicine wheel.  

In aquatic bodywork, you will be floated in supporting hands in a warm pool. Combining elements of massage, Thai massage, joint mobilization, Shiatsu, muscle stretching or Shamanic Healing Journey work.
